What kind of system do I need to run the
program?
When I start the program it always asks for a
number. How do I get this?

Minimum System Requirements
CPU: Pentium 400 Mhz
RAM: 128 MB
Video Adapter: 1024 X 768 @ 256 color
The above specifications are practical minimums.
System Recommendations
CPU: Pentium 1 Ghz
RAM: 256 MB
17" Monitor
Video Adapter: 1024 X 768 @ 16 bit color
The program will display at 800 X 600 and 256 colors but will be much
easier to work with at a resolution of 1024 X 768.
Although it is not strictly necessary, it is highly desirable to have
the computer on which PC Spray resides configured to connect to the
internet and to be able to send and receive email.
Installation of PC Spray will initially require approximately 30
megabytes of free disk space.
Printer
A good quality laser printer is probably the best for heavy business
use. Inkjet printers are fine if you need to print color logos or wish
to print color reports. We have some customers using dot-matrix printers
with acceptable results however we don't generally support them.
Material that is sent to the customer is formatted to be folded into
thirds and used with a #10 window envelope (left side window).

Windows 98, ME or XP
Registering PC Spray
PC Spray is copy protected. You are authorized to evaluate the program
for 60 days. If you wish to use PC Spray beyond that time you will need
to register.
To register the program it must first be purchased through SkyTractor
Supply. After you own the program copy the program code from the
registration form that appears at start up, and paste it into an email
to support@pcspray.com . Paste the key that is returned to you into the
proper field at startup and the program is unlocked.
The unlock key is specific the the program version, the computer and the
operating system (Windows version). If you need to install the program
on more than one computer OR update or replace the operating system send
us the code and we will generate additional keys.
When I start the program I just get a
blank screen. What's up?
The program needs to be set up and a database needs to be created or
opened. Consult the manual or the online help for details.
The screen looks crowded or I have to
scroll to enter all the information.
PC Spray is optimized to run at a screen resolution of 1024 X 768. It
will work acceptably at 800 X 600 but will be easier on your eyes at the
higher resolution.
To set your monitor resolution, right click on a blank area of the
Windows Desktop, select "properties" from the menu, then select the
"settings" tab. Drag the slider to the right to the desired resolution.
